Kostroma military university of radiation, chemical and biological protection is considered one of the best military institutions by the ministry of defense. The university opened in November of 1966. Since 1969(the first graduation year), thousands of qualified professionals graduated from the university. Graduates are employed by all major government ministries, border control and armed forces.
