Soviet Guards Badges were introduced in the Soviet Army in 1943 during the WWII . The Soviet Guards badge continued to be worn during the post-war era. Issued to elite detachments of the Soviet Army, Navy and an Air Force. Made of brass, red and white enamel with screw-back. Manufactured in 1970's. Unused condition.
